I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was well-equipped and cozy, and the service was friendly and accommodating, the dining area lacked cleanliness. The location was excellent for accessing ski facilities and nearby amenities, but there were challenges with completion of night audits. The lobby was bright and welcoming for meals, but incidents like dropping cleaning materials impacted my dining experience. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and toaster. The large king bed was nice, although the pillows were a bit rough. I paid a premium for a last-minute booking.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and prompt, accommodating all our requests professionally. I appreciated the laundry service, ski pass vendor, and the welcome drink left in the car.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was superb, especially for accessing Heavenly and nearby attractions like The Heavenly Village. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.
Dining
6.0
The dining area in the lobby was bright and airy, offering a good selection of meals. However, I was taken aback when I witnessed a staff member drop a cleaning rag while wiping tables and chairs.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent overall, with the lobby/clubhouse providing a pleasant dining experience. However, there were minor incidents that affected my perception of cleanliness.

8.4/10

The hotel room felt like a cozy apartment with a convenient carport to park our car. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious, and perfect for families, although our first room was smaller before we got upgraded. However, we did notice some paint chips and cracks on the walls and features.

Rooms

The rooms were like staying in a comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment, ideal for families. We appreciated the carport for easy parking.
Service
8.0
The service here was generally nice and accommodating. We had everything we needed, from a drying rack to extra trash bags, which was helpful for our ski trip. They even offered a welcome drink and were close to amenities like laundry and ski pass vendors.
Location
9.0
The location couldn't have been better! We were within walking distance to Heavenly Village, ski rental locations, and even the Heavenly gondola. It was amazing being so close to everything and having breakfast just a stroll away. The only downside was the difference between the day and night shifts.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was just right before our all-day skiing adventures. The breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, sausage, various toasts, waffles, fruits, and coffee, which was a filling start to our day. However, we did find the hash browns a bit undercooked.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with easy access to a range of amenities like paper towels and being very close to Raley's grocery store for our shopping needs. We had a great time at the pool and appreciated the efforts made by the staff to ensure a pleasant stay.

8.0/10

The hotel rooms were very comfy and well-appointed, though a bit dated and pricing seemed high considering the resort fee. The service was friendly and attentive, with some surprises like a full-fledged kitchen. The location was the highlight, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The dining experience had good variety despite a few disappointments. The facilities could use some updating but were generally adequate.
